Void Installation:

Step 1

Installing Pulse

We are using Pulse to distribute our VST and you need to download it in order to install it.

Download Pulse here: https://pulsedownloader.com/

Step 2

Creating a Pulse Account

Once Pulse has been downloaded, open it and create an account.

Step 3

Open Pulse with Administrator Privileges

To ensure that Pulse can install the files in the right location, open Pulse with administrator privileges.

On Windows, you can do so by right-clicking on Pulse and choosing Run as administrator.

On Mac, find Pulse in the finder, hold the Control key, and click on Pulse. Then, while still holding the Control key, click on “Open”.

Step 4

Adding a product

Once you’ve opened Pulse with administrator privileges, click the “+ Add a Product" button on the top right side. Then, enter your key in the field and click on “Redeem”.

*IMPORTANT: For the key, you will receive an email from Pulse, not us.

Check your spam emails if you can’t find it. It will be sent by: Pulse Team noreply@pulsedownloader.com

Step 5

Installing the VST

Choose a location where you want to install the VST. What will be put in that location are all the samples for the VST, so make sure that it's a PERMANENT location where the files won't move. Moving the files after the installation will make the process harder for you.

Step 6

Open your DAW

Open your DAW and click on manage plugins (or something similar depending on your DAW). When that is opened, click on “Scan” to scan for new installed plugins. If everything was done right, you should be able to see VOID in there. In some DAW, you will need to close the DAW and re-open it in order to see the VST.

*IMPORTANT: On the first launch, the first sound will not play, change the sound using the arrows at the top or by opening the preset browser at the top right with the library icon.

*If you don’t see the VST when you scan it, check the troubleshooting guide.

Troubleshooting

Please look inside the installation guide that was given when downloading VOID if you have any trouble with the VST. You can also download the guide here:
